  description listed as new in package arrived in goodtime but when it arrived it was an envolope with a cd-r and obs writen in black marker i was told there was no original disc so they provided a service of a copy if this is what was advertised i would not of purchesed but would have paid more for the item in the description when i was contacted they said £5.95 was basically to cheap for a box but £5.95 is expenisive of a downloaded CD-R copy of a program

  Eventually got refund. Listed as CD, was actually MP3. Was very awkward. Got eBay involved. They sorted it and I was issued a refund. It was only £3.99 but it was the principle. Will never buy from them again. Given no stars. Not the way sellers are expected to behave on eBay!
