Poor quality
Poor quality, size is too small and seat is too hard and uncomfortable. Not worth for the price. You will need additional tools to secure the bolts to the holes (not possible only with allienkeys). I managed to do it by myself in two hours but can be treaky to get the bolts in. It is for occasional use and it is definitely not a sofa to sit and relax on. Pricing is too high for the quality. As you can see from the pictures the legs had white marks on them. The armrest is too low. Overall disappointed with the item but will keep it as I can't be bothered with the return process.

It's durable but doesn't fold easily
It's a strong and durable ladder however it doesn't fold easily at all and requires few attempts. I am 5"2 and I could just reach the sealing standing on the highest step and had trouble finding my balance as the handrail is too short. It's ok for small job but it's a bit too heavy to carry. The folding part was a let down therefore reduced the rating for this product.
