Worth the extra cost
While there are many cheaper earpieces, we use these ones at work and they last much longer. They are also much more comfortable to wear than other models. This new version also has some improvements over the older model, such as the coiled cord to reduce loose cable. Sound quality is good too.

Dell NVidia Quadro FX 1300
I did not receive the Quadro FX 1400, instead I received a Quadro FX 1300. At first I was worried because while the 1400 has Windows 7 drivers, the 1300 does not. However, the Vista drivers worked just fine, and the product appears to perform every bit as well as the 1400 I was expecting to get.

Bit generic
Packaging and cable were pretty generic. Package even referred to it as a VGA cable and I thought they sent the wrong one, but it works fine, so all is good.
