  Uncaring, complete lack of communication from this seller when I discreetly reported on 24 June and 02 July (with photos as undeniable proof) that two of the three vintage pottery pieces arrived smashed up in the poorly-packed box delivered by Royal Mail. I tried reaching out to you quietly and have been totally ignored, so several weeks later here's the feedback I think you deserve.
