A great book!
I wanted to give up meat for lent, a personal challenge for me, and struggled to find a book that both my husband and I could both enjoy, he would never give up meat! This fits perfectly with our lifestyle and the food we like to eat. What really annoys me about other vegiterian books is how pretentious they are,' oh how wonderful it is to be veggie/vegan let's live off chick peas' this book is the opposite, once lent is over I will continue to use this book and adapt the meals with and without meat.
