A versatile little work horse!
4 of 4 found this helpful This is an excellent machine, a little work horse, very versatile. I use it mainly to do patchwork, piecing, paper piecing, machine applique, satin stitch and quilt.
My only mistake is not to have purchased the higher model (F600) because I ended up buying separately the knee lifter and the extension table - all in all, it was the same price as the F600. The extension table does make all the difference for quilting.
The only drawback I found on this machine is the bobbin winder on top. If the thread is not well tensioned, it wraps around the axis under the bobbin and it is time consuming to remove (must cut the thread).
I love my Juki F300!
