Great Bit Of Kit

Great bit of kit. Once assembled it works just as it should. Be aware the hoist will not come all at once. I had to wait around a week for all the different boxes to come and they do not come in the right order. Takes a bit of time to put together yourself. Read the reviews and thought they might be a bit slow. But it took me around 2 hours. Some of the bolts provided were not as on the instructions. Some of the bolts were longer than on the instructions so it got frustrating when having to move them around. 2 steps forward 1 back springs to mind. But once I got it together, it made short work of lifting the engine out the car. I would also recommend getting the load leveller. I removed the gear box attached to the engine on my old BMW. The leveller helped as they had to come out at a funny angle. For the price I would really recommend this hoist.

Good Stuff

Always like to have a bottle of Kurust in the garage. I restore old cars and like to give some of the parts a paint with this after cleaning them up. I have used this product for a long time and have noticed it helps to stop the rust coming back once a few good coats of paint are applied over the top.
