Great Product Value - Be Warned though.
0 of 1 found this helpful I already had an ISO Windows 8.1 download on my PC. I merely ran install and pasted in the key supplied. It authenticated immediately.
The only problem I had was with the Microsoft Upgrade, after installation ALL my program files installed on Windows 7 had disappeared and so had the restore point I had made prior to installation.
Office 10 had to be re-installed and that was hard enough my key was stored on the PC in a Word document and that was unreadable.
In addition I have had to install manually all third party software lost in the upgrade.This included Norton.
In short the seller provided exactly what was described.. Bravo Zulu to the supplier.

For an all in one printer it ticks all the boxes.
13 of 14 found this helpful It arrived promptly and was a doddle to set up. Care was needed to find and remove all the transit safety tapes.
I needed only 1 pc to install the CD software and do my first prints. All my other PCs picked the printer up on the network and self installed any necessary printer software.
I was pleased that the ink cartridges supplied in the box were all XL size. So many printers arrive with a 5 or 6 page print supply of ink.
The print quality is exceptionally good for this price range of printer.
I have tried and used all its functionality without problems of any kind.
Indeed I like my machine and have no fear in recommending it as a great value home printer.
