    I ordered the item on 6th March with an expected date for delivery as 15th. They didn’t post it until 18th March and it’s yet to arrive. Way too late for my nieces birthday present. I have messaged them twice to cancel the order and asked for a refund and no reply to either. Now I’ve had to open a case with eBay. Very disappointing

    As shown with the tracking information, we dispatched this within the dispatch guidelines, but unfortunately the item got held up via Royal Mail which was out of our control. We messaged twice to say please send the item back for a full refund in which you refused. Ebay has closed the case and found us NOT at fault due to the tracking proving we sent in time and us offering a full refund upon returning. Ebay refunded out of their own pocket.
