Will not repurchase
I think it is a but of a gimmick this mask .I cant see a wow result .clay mask much cheaper work as good

work your core quicly and effectively ..have a healthy sweat in 30 mins
well it has been recommended by a lady on facebook who has a fitness page ..she said that billy blanks tae bo workouts ae the ones she never bored with ...it is only 30 mins ...at a relativily fast pace ...but i guess it is better with the tae bo amplifier bar , to amplify your moves ...i bought it to work outmy core ..i have also insanity abs ...the difference between the two is that in this work out you mainly stand up , which is good for people who do like exercises on the floor ...overall is ok ..i would recommend when you do not have too much time it is a good way to work your core quicly and effectively ...
