  Product is of high quality and value for money. However, the package was damaged with all the small items, including those which were fragile just loose in a bag. I was fortunate that all was intact and working fine but the packaging for shipment should definitely be improved.

  Purchased an iPhone Xs from this seller, it didn't work out exactly the way I wanted and upon speaking to the seller we made an arrangement for a partial refund, as sellers go, this one was respectful and understanding of the situation.
