Not for long term use.
I used this in our campervan and after the first night, it had compressed to half the thickness. It's because the filling is not foam but some sort of other synthetic material. The mattress will not spring back to it's original state even after a few weeks of not using it. I have had to buy another foam mattress as this one is now very uncomfortable and thin.
