Fill drill holes in white tiles

Had some rather prominent holes in bathroom tiles after alterations in fitments. Could not match tiles and did not want to tile the entire bathroom as they were not very old! This product worked well. It did shrink a little bit, needing a second application but that was not a problem. There was plenty in the tube and easy to just mix the required amount. Plastic insulation tape worked much better than the PTFE patch supplied with the kit. Had to use this tape on the vertical surface of the fitted tiles due to the resin being very liquid in consistency. Plastic insulating tape removed cleanly after resin had set. Patch supplied had to be scraped off. Use of tape reduces gloss finish!

Memories of Lipstick On Your Collar

I have wanted a copy of the original series of this TV program for some time. I thought it was very good when first viewed many years ago. I particularly like the music still, even after so many years! This seems to be typical of that era of music for many people. Obviously the picture quality is not too good by todays standard. I have a 4K TV and was a bit surprised how much the picture quality has changed over the years. Some products must be re-mastered better as they are often more in keeping with todays standards. Having said that, I'm not complaining, the DVD was just what I wanted at a sensible price. I also purchased a music CD of the original tracks which I will use more!

Carbs & Cals Book

This book 'Is What It Is'. It gives a good pictorial idea of food quantities and associated nutritional data. It was recommended to me by a medical practitioner to help with my wife's diabetic management. Food quantities can always be an issue. What is a sensible portion! This book helps by showing in pictures, various portion sizes, combined with food content percentages and more. The prices of this book vary a lot. Do not pay more than the cover price as they are available for less. Be careful to get the right book as there are some similar but inferior offerings about!
