  The item purchased was despatched without delay and was received within 48hrs as was advised. The used club, a ping wedge, was in excellent condition having been well packed and delivered via DPD. There was a slight problem with the DPD app in attempting to track but this was overcome as a result of excellent communication through Alan (progolfair60) and this allowed me to be available to receive the parcel conveniently. Great seller would be very happy to use this service in the future!

  We had difficulty in bidding and offering as there was a banner message stating I was not allowed to bid. This seems to be an ebay glitch which was eventually sorted out between seller and myself - talking to New Mexico and Berlin separately. Dealings with Seller were good and Ebay techies were polite, helpful and positive but did not really know why it was happening. Had to be relisted and then adapted. Rather frustrating really but seller couldn't have been more responsive.
