very small ear pieces
3 of 3 found this helpful I have bought this item because I am suffering with acute hearing loss due to being treated for cancer with a very aggressive form of chemotherapy, the equipment is easy to set up as long as you follow the instructions and works well, However I do find the earpiece do not fir over your ears rather they actually sit on them forcing your ears back to your head, hopefully in time they will slacken off but at the moment I am having to hold them just off of the ears
