Does what it promises to do
Have had several cheaper blenders/smoothie makers in the past and this one is so much better, has no problem with frozen fruit chunks, ice cubes etc. No more noisy than any other I've owned. My only issue is you need to make sure you have a washing-up brush handy - I didn't and cut my finger while washing up as the blades are very sharp and a bit awkward to clean. I now have a brush!
Ordered Sunday morning, received next day and very well packaged.
