A fantastic flash drive!
First the Pros.
This is one of the fastest flash drives I've ever used, I have just written a 10.4GB file to the drive in exactly 32 seconds, now thats fast. The 256GB size means there's a lot of space to carry a lot of files. The USB connector is retractable, so no chance of losing the cap on this one, Its a little bigger than most flash drives I've owned, so there's less chance of missplacing it. It looks really nice and has a quality feel to it, it also has a nice cut-out to attach a lanyard or attach to a keyring if required. Sandisks Secure Access software comes loaded on the drive which offers 128bit file encryption for free. This can be easily upgraded to ENC Data Vault, which is a military grade encryption, for just £14.99 via their website if a more secure solution is required.
Now the cons.
The blue activity light is a little hard to see at certain angles. The drive doesn't support the NTFS file system, however it comes formatted with the exFat file system which is arguably better for flash drives anyway.
Conclusion.
This is a fantastic large capacity flash drive which is not only extremely fast, but looks and feels great!
