Sturmey Archer 8 Speed Internal Gear Hub 700C Wheelset

Good value Sturmey 8spd

The hub is a nice bit of gear and its cheaper than you can find just about anywhere. The Sturmey Hub and shifter are quality parts - the downside is the lack of a manual. The front wheel hub is also quality. The rims them are no-name and low end but they are fine and they're laced up with solid stainless spokes. The hub is a bit noisy (normal) in gears 2-8 due to the pawls clicking but quieten up with the addition of some oil to the hub internals. Gear changes are swift and smooth and adjustment was simple using the indicators. The hub was shipped with a 20 tooth sprocket, but this is too low for normal use and i'd have preferred 25. Overall I'm very happy though.

Dryer start capacitor

Obviously a common start capacitor for the motor of a clothes dryer. This capacitor was identical in size for my dryer, a Fisher and Paykel ED56. The factory capacitor has a plastic clip and the replacement has a threaded stud and nut with a locking washer that mounts in the same location without a problem. The crimp connections on the replacement capacitor are also the exact same as the original. Overall this replacement capacitor is an easy swap with the original: plug and play.
