bad laptop
3 of 4 found this helpful Worst laptop I've had in years. All the setup directions are circuitous. Ridiculous. And the battery won't charge. Brand new. No good. It sat dead but plugged in for 24 hours. I kept on trying to start it. It finally started with 9% charge left. Tried to reach Support but the pages kept on repeating to download a better virtual help. Used up most of the charge. Had to wait for support as I became #2. Charge ran out as I said Hello to Support.
