  This has been the worst experience I have had from any seller in the twenty five years I have been on Ebay. The item was described as used but was in fact faulty and a part that was described in the title was missing. The seller asked me to fix it and get in touch with the manufacturer! As for the part which he had not sent, he told me he had been too busy and would post it on. After further email reminders he asked me for my address so he could post it. I have still not received the item.

  The seller has kept my money and I have a faulty item and still missing a part which the seller said on many occasions he would send. The seller no longer replies to my email, he has gone quiet like his type does on Ebay.
