I did explain this in the note section of the refund screen, so I find it hard to believe that you dont know why the sale had to be cancelled.

Fantastic sound and picture quality
1 of 1 found this helpful I had been looking for a surround system for a long time. I bought the Sony because I have a Bravia TV and I wanted the 2 to sync together. I had looked at several on ebay and really wanted a 1000 watt version but at the price I thought I would buy this to see what it was like and then upgrade at a later date if I wanted to
My lounge is quite an odd shape and not easy to posistion speakers near to power outlets so I set the system up as a 3 speaker version only using the central speaker and 2 front tower units. It is very easy to put together and the TV and system sync at the touch of a button - as for the sound it is fantastic (the full 5 speaker system blows you away but the 3 speaker is also very good. The DVD picture quality is very good although newer films are deffo better - Star Wars is fantastic though and the newer James Bond films have to be seen to be believed!
A good quality HDMI cable is a must - picture quality improved dramatically when I used one of the metal ended ones. I also bought the leads to connect the system with my SKY box. Not all programs on SKY sound good through the system but my Sony TV sounds good without the surround sound being on all the time so it is just a matter of personal choice.
The unit plays CD's so there is no need to have a seperate HIFI in the lounge and when I attached my IPOD i was amazed at how good it was. The new IPOD's work like a wireless computer and I have got spotify loaded onto mine which make buying CD's a thing of the past!
Overall I am very happy and would recommend the unit to anyone
