Cheap and nasty
This product is predominantly plastic with cheap joins. It remains flexible after assembly and looks cheap, which in fairness it is. I wish that we had spent more on a better quality product.

All in all, very satisfactory..
I was sceptical that this thermometer would be a good buy. However due to the circumstances of the pandemic I thought that we should have a thermometer in the house.. This item was relatively inexpensive and seemed to offer a more modern way to take temperature. To date I have used it a number of times. Temperatures recorded are not always the same but remain relatively constant and in the expected range which leads me to believe that it is working accurately. Temperatures are recorded after only a couple of seconds and without the need to make physical contact with the subject.I have yet to need to change batteries. All in all I am very satisfied with this purchase.

A practical and fun gift
this was a Xmas gift for my Harry Potter mad grandaughter. It was small enough to suit her and she has made good use of it. A practical and fun gift and reasonably priced
