Unable to set up and use!

Research state... "Easy Set Up - 2 Simple taps and you are ready to connect, smart indicator light helps to install in best optimal location!" That was why I ordered it, looking for a device that a senior citizen could easy set up and use. So far unable to set up, will have to ask some one if they can set it up. Not good value, etc. if you are unable to use it
