Ear protection/ blue tooth

The mic is low quality. People can't hear me well on the phone. The ear protection is not what I expected. I thought for Jobside ear plugs it would cancel more noise out, but it doesn't Plus the week after I bought it here for a fair price, Home Depot started selling it for 10$ less than that.
