great value

very accurate mouse. I love the feel and especially the ability to change DPI with the click of a button when needed. The LED indicator lets you know what DPI mode you are in. I use it with my Mac because Apple does not make a corded mouse anymore. Love this mouse. Have several.

Cheesy Mounting Method

Seems OK except for the mounting method. It has a small plastic disc that you screw to the ceiling or wall, then you twist the unit onto the disc. This is unlike other round mounting plates I have used or seen. if you are replacing another smoke or CO alarm you will not be able to use the same holes, or even get close to them. You will have to make more holes in the wall or ceiling. The torque placed on such a small disc could be a problem if someone twists it hard. mount screws could fail if placed into drywall. Once its mounted and if it can be left alone for 10 years you're probably OK, but I think they could have designed the mount better.
