The clarinet quality is beyond my expectation.
4 of 5 found this helpful I have a Buffet RC for 25 yrs. For my daughter school band, I am choosing an good looking and quality clarinet. After browsing on the internet, we took a try for the unbranded rosewood clarinet.
Delivery is really fast in 3~4 days to Houston, probably because of additional charge of $45 shipping. Very satisfied with the shipping service.
Every time having a new clarinet, I always try how hard the highest and lowest tones it delivered first. Pretty easy to play it. The A keys positions are slightly higher than my old Buffet RC. It is really a problem to obstruct playing when using my left index finger. I have fixed the problem already to unscrew the A key, bent it slightly and cut part of cork beneath the it. Sure, the A key is rigid but could be bent slightly. 20 minutes to solve the issue. Now I can play it as fast as I am used to be.
Talking about its sounds. The high tones are bright and clean, not harsh. I am quite satisfied. The lowest tone is felt little bright than my RC. Probably, my RC is too old. I really love the new clarinet's tone just like a young boy.
The rosewood looks beautiful, keys are rigid, smooth, and adequate spring feedback. Lack of long term using, I am not sure its durability. For the price, I really recommend it at this moment.
The case comes with the clarinet is just a hard box, and kind of light weight. The nickle plated keys is polished well, but still leave visible small permanent dents on the surface. Even these flaws does not affect the functions, I have to point out for future improvement of assembling.
The included mouthpiece and ligature looks good. However, I prefer my old mouthpiece with the included ligature. No comment for the included mouthpiece.
I really recommend the beginner buying it because of easy playing, bright tones, great looking, and affordable price. I am very satisfied with its incredible performance.

Beyond my expection
I saw the video on youtube about china cheap lathe. The item is different mode, but I guess they are came from the same manufacture. I purchase 7x14 with steady rest one.
Receiving it today, I just review the item from its fabrication first.
The item comes with a wooden box, looks like an expensive machine (actually is little less than $500).
The metal parts is well poslished. The iron cast body is clean and polished smoothly. Originally, I hesitate to choose more expensive Grizzly 7x14 oinstead of this item. This item looks like a copy of Grizzly. Considering the final cost, I bought this item at the end.
The handwheels are plastic without the sacle (it should be upgraded with digital readout first), lack of the thread dial, and plastic gears. I would like to upgrade it if necessary.
You need to spend probably $100~$150 to replace handwhhels, buy a thread dial and probably metal gears in the future.
By the way, I plan to use it at my garage, and have to move it myself. This item is my best choice considering the issue of machine weight.
The item is not the best one. Considering the cost ( S/H included), I really recommed the lathe "Excellent" !
After testing, I checked the system centering quality with the dial gauge. Pretty good manufacture, the rotated fluctuation is about +- 0.02mm ( see my test setup in the pictures).
Others
Compared with Grizzly lathe, on YouTube, there are several better features. The heavy duty gears for the chuck are all metal, but part of feed gears are plastic.

Inexpensive but useful tools to cut 2x4 lumber.
Sam all size, light weight and durable construction at great price.
