Helps recycling

Fingers crossed it works !
I thought the The item wis the wrong size despite the claim that it would fit all sizes. It will not slide (or screw ) along the winding gear rod. However i am happy to report "operator error".. this thing goes over the top smooth spindle (not the screw part underneath) and is then subsequently shrouded by the handle (cover). This was very difficult to establish, especially as the factory fitted plastic one had totally disappeared! Time will tell whether the thing continues to work... and hopefully i wont have to buy another!

Well thought out, excellent exercises
I bought this book in desperation, as i have lost my original copy! The exercises are very good... each one purportedly for a designated area actually helps with the waist and stomach area. The ones designated for the stomach area are also good, obviously. I have never followed the diet and now it might be slightly out of date vis-a-vis Ingestion of fat.. But i don't really need to lose weight , just trim up, so if the exercises are anything to go by the diet instructions should be good too.
