Disappointed
Cameras are quite cheap and nasty, and I would be surprised if they last more than a couple of years in my harsh salty climate. DVR is not of the same quality as my previous Swann system.
I bought this kit as I wanted to upgrade my cams to HD, but they only operate in LQ despite changing the settings. Another annoyance is the requirement to run 2 power packs for the 8 cams...the previous cameras were powered by the BNC cables directly from the DVR. This means the unit requires 3 power outlets to run. The Windows app is useless and cannot find the DVR on my home network, even despite entering all the relevant data including IP addresses etc.
The only slight improvement is the IOS app which worked straight out of the box.
Unit is also not WiFi capable without purchasing a genuine Swann USB antenna at another $59.
For $900 look elsewhere. This is the most disappointing Swann kit I've owned out of 4 systems over the years, and I will probably go for Google cams next time.

This is the bomb!
This is my new favorite bit of computer gear.
The AI is very intuitive compared to my old Alexa hub (which is now only used as a jukebox).
Easy to listen to music, check weather, clock, timer, news, controls the TV and lights...very versatile and reasonably straight forward to set up through Google Home.

Our second DishDrawer
Only fitted it last week, but seems to be working well. Noticeably quieter than our old F & P. Finish and fittings are almost identical to the 10 year old we replaced.
Time will tell to the durability, but so far we're very happy.
RRP is high compared to other brands like Bosch, but when on sale, prices are very comparable.
