Item by is exactly as described and functions beautifully. I am very pleased with the product. Not so happy with the Royal Mail postal service. Stated it would be here either Friday or Saturday. It didn’t arrive. Tracking stated running late but no idea when it would be due. The tracking is only updated after they attempt to deliver. So not much point in the tracking. Once it’s delivered I will already know.

The ultimate 85mm portrait lens

This could be the ultimate 85mm portrait lens. The f/1.4 aperture provides a razor-thin depth of field that isolates the subject beautifully and creates a wonderfully smooth out-of-focus area. Sigma seem to have got all aspects of this lens spot-on. It's compact and light for an 85mm f/1.4 lens, it's weather-sealed, and the image sharpness wide open is excellent, so you can really make use of that narrow depth of field. The bokeh is also magnificently smooth and distraction-free. After a week of intense usage, I've yet to find anything I dislike about it.
