Great quality/ value / performance
The poles were kinda small, but it comes with two of the Gold 3.5mm (4 pole) and one smaller 3.5mm (4 pole) jack too.
Additionlly, there are two shrink wrap sleves, which really came in handy.
I havent noticed a diffrece in quality from the original jack, so my headset is back to perfect working order.

Very happy overall.
Item is exactly as listed.
Fairly quick shipping.
Somewhat easy to use(I'm a novice at soldering, but was able to get it in one try)
Would have been nice if it came with a diagram, but I just used one off the web.
Sound quality is equal to the jack that was replaced.
