Cheap and does the simple jobs

If you are after a cheap drill stand to do simple work, this will do it. The spindle does move a bit, so if you are after really accurate, precision work, this is not the drill for you. I mainly use it for timber and it is better than a handheld drill for accuracy. But - you get what you pay for and for basic work it suits me.

Good basic access point for home

This might not have the latest bits like WiFi6 etc but for basic home use it just works. If you just need good coverage for 2.4ghz and 5ghz in a home it will do the job at a good price. Yes some of the higher specced (& priced) EAPs will give better performance in a high volume setting, but we don't need that in our home.
