Not great at all!! Zero stars
So many things wrong with this product, avoid and buy another one!!
In no particular order-
Box was smashed up with holes and had clearly been re-taped so probably a return because the previous owner realised how terrible it was.
Clearly not anthracite in colour, I’d say it’s green
The wall brackets were twisted and not straight so had to bolt it to the wall with them at an angle
The ratchet isn’t strong enough to lift the weight and jumps unless a second person pushes the middle up to take the weight off
When it’s up the plastic clamps in the upright tube flex so it hangs to one side
The bolts in the fittings bag didn’t look very good so I used my own, 2 of them had stripped threads
Needs a second strap at the top to hold it back against the pole
100% my fault for buying cheap but for £130 I expected a bit better quality. Wish I’d returned it before opening the box but oh well, down the tip we go.
