  Postage and packaging were perfectly done. The item was as described and great value. As it happens, I bought this top years back, direct from the store, and wore it until it was threadbare. It was my absolute favourite. What a stroke of luck to find it for sale in new condition on Ebay. I forwarded the listing to my daughter: "remember this bad boy?" and she laughed at me for just buying things I've owned before. This time though - cheaper and more beautifully wrapped.

  Item arrived clearly damaged and not as described. Denied damage was there even though I sent pictures as soon as it had arrived. Had to call on eBay to issue refund. Very poor communication, description and way of dealing with issues. I certainly wouldn’t buy anything from them again.
