Very helpful & informative
I bought this book after reading online about the keto diet, wanted to know if it was suitable for me. Many years ago a diet clinic had me eating bacon & cream etc without my understanding of why, as I'd not long had gestational diabetes with my 2nd child (now almost 30yrs old) and too much cream & fats had contributed to the diabetes. I had abandoned the diet clinic diet as a result! But, now, after being better informed by this book, on keto, I will be discussing again with my GP if it's suitable for me at this point in my life.

Very handy car cuppa!
Great for cuppas on the run when driving intercity. Has its own little cup, sturdy, comes to boil fairly quickly. Just add tea bag (or coffee bag) & milk if desired.
