The item’s packaging was damaged in shipping, the box was crushed and crumpled. The shipping container was not damaged, but it was a simple padded envelope that provided no protection for the item’s packaging.

  I don’t ever care if the box is in good condition because I don’t save them. I usually assume it’s gonna be banged up but mine was in perfect condition. And I got 2 messages that it would be delivered sooner than first expected! I received it more than 4 days earlier than I was told. Just incredible service!

  Super well packed and shipping to Hawaii is not easy. It came in like 1 week after was bought Love it! So impressed with the packing !!   Arrived unharmed, but shipped WITHOUT bubble wrap!! I’ve never purchased Funko Pops on eBay that were NOT properly shipped. The Pop was only wrapped in a single sheet of wrapping paper and then placed in the shipping box. When I opened the box, I was praying that they weren’t damaged in shipment. Thank goodness they were unharmed. Future buyers ask how they are going to ship them to you, so you don’t worry about the possible damage that may incur.
