“What’s so stinking about it?”
I love the film, I’ve been a fan of since I watched it on some dodgy VHS video tape back in the early 1980’s when it banned, it was probably a tenth generation copy, the colour wasn’t great and the black colour was green where it had been copied over so many times, it was amazing to watch a proper copy when dvds & blu ray came along, picture quality was so much better than those shady VHS’s. Even though the picture was a bit crappy I absolutely loved it, a great cult classic, one of my all time favourite’s It’s definitely in my top 10 probably 3rd, an amazing Kubrick film, my top 1. Evil Dead 2. Dawn of the Dead (the original’s not the remakes) The audio book is brilliant comes on 7 CD’s 8hrs and is read excellently by Tom Hollander, transfer to your phone and listen while you work out at the gym or out & about, put it on a USB stick and play it in the car while driving, it is just superb follow Alex and his gang of droogs as they cause chaos across the urban landscape using Ultra Violence!! If you’re a fan of the film then this would make a great addition to your collection
