Simple Privacy!
This deadbolt works in the same way that a door security bolt works. From inside the bathroom, it uses a small knob to throw or retract a round bolt - but it also has a release on the outside so access can be gained if there is a problem. The bolt itself is inside a tube, this means you only need to drill a hole the correct size to insert it into the door. Minimum cutting with chisels (just for the strike plate and fore-end). Very simple, but it give the user privacy - no more embarrassing interruptions.
