Elevation training no, Lung capacity yes
1 of 1 found this helpful The mask is supposed to "simulate" training at altitude. While it seems to do that, what really is happening is that the training mask is limiting your ability to take big gulping breaths, so in all actuality it's training you towards having better lung capacity and usage. I've trained both at altitude and with the mask.... both work, but for different reasons.

Perfect grip and stock replacement for my AR build
1 of 1 found this helpful I looked at a lot of different stocks and grips and after researching many of them I chose the Hogue. This is a quality stock and grip that were both easy to install and work perfectly on my Windham Weaponry SRC. Comfortable, durable and well made.

This is a good item for the Hunter 700 Stock
3 of 3 found this helpful If you are going to buy this item for only the Hunter 700 Stock, it's perfect for your needs. You can also put it into other stocks, however you'll need to be decent with a dremel tool and have some patience. My rating is based on the product it's made for even though I purchased it for a different product. Now if Magpul would come out with camo stocks that are rubberized, I'd probably buy one of those.
