Tough!
This is hardcore. Even the people on the DVD who are really fit are dripping with sweat. My first time my legs wouldn't hold anymore after 20 minutes and the next day I was so sore!!! But i like the workouts.

Highly recommend
1 of 1 found this helpful You don't have to install anything at all. Just plug it in, insert your disc and go. I haven't used it to write a disc yet but I'm sure it does great.

Don’t work
5 of 9 found this helpful These collars do not work!! I’m still pulling several new ticks off of my dogs every single day. I’m not sure why these are so popular, they simply don’t do what they are supposed to. My poor dogs are covered in tick bites. If I would have paid full price I would be very angry. Thankfully I only paid half of retail. But I bought two, so I basically flushed $50 down the drain.
