Silicon ring doesn't fit.

I have used many bialetti Espresso Machine for the last 10 years. I bought this item 2months ago, but I usually use another big one, so I didn;t use this item for the last 2 months. Today I found that the silicon ring doesn't fit well, so the coffee leaks from the middle of the coffee maker. It doesn't work well.. Quite disapping....
