This is what Capitalism should be.
Your mom should have given you a Bible and your Dad should have given you a copy of Wealth of Nations.
Most of the modern ills in our economy were warned against in this book back in 1776. Smith was fighting a capricious King who was demonstrating that things the FED and the government do now just aren't prudent.
Such as moving the manufacturing base overseas and wild subsidies. It isn't the easiest read and it is very long. But it foretold a great many things. A must have for conservative or Constitutional thought.
