  Terrible buying experience caused by incommunicative and possibly dishonest seller : I won auction paid immediately. Seller ignored request for tracking info. On day it should have been delivered i got a 'I'm sorry I damaged it when packing it' message [ 6 days after purchase]. Seller refuses to supply picture of damage so i can decide if i can still use it: why? Is it really damaged? I presume they have another agenda. Summary: dont waste time winning an auction from this seller like I did.

  after sending a request for your details twice so i could refund you , i would'nt send a damaged panel as it causes too much hassle, not my fault you did'nt send details,

  This seller didnt send ANY details to me until AFTER the item should have arrived - which was seven days after auction win. It should have been dispatched within two days. Damage pictures received looked unlike anything that could happen whilst being packed - it was more like a crash damaged one. Possibly a seller unhappy with the winning auction price creating an excuse to avoid having to send it? Certainly something not quite right here...
