So much better than gaffer tape
You can tell the plastics are a bit different (cheaper to make), but hey, no leaks! Fitted precisely, and looks substantial enough to last at least as long as the original.
Feelgood bonus too, while it still looks clean and new!

New motors for old - easy and economical to fit
Oooh! Shiny! Simple to fit, maybe a little fiddly, much more efficient than servicing the old motor, fitting new carbon brushes etc which are more than half the cost of the replacement motor. More or less undetectable differences from original. Super performance, the old DC07 is good as new with this in it.
Top tip: keep your pre and post motor filters clean!
DIYers: abrasive dust, grit, sand etc will wear down the brushes more quickly if it gets past the pre-motor filter. Don't do it! And if you do, don't tell your wife why the vac is busted again unless you want earache...

Pantastic deal! (sorry)
Classic saucepan dimensions with handy volume scale on inside wall. As described, packaging was damaged but only slightly. I can't tell what if anything makes the pan itself less than perfect quality. Great value for an item that I hope will last for years. Certainly the pan feels very good and sturdy in use, I'm glad I bought two.
Not a downside, but the steel handle might get hot in use, you'll need a glove, mitt, or fireproof hands when using. I say not a d/s because you can safely use it in the oven if required to keep something warm or when finishing, just don't burn yourself. And a small but happy feature, it fits in the washing up bowl diagonally without the handle sticking out, and soothes my ocd. Recommended!
