Not quite Alan Partridge.
Like this series a lot, but not as much as its predecessor 'Garth Merengie" - who turns up a a couple of episodes.
Spoof chat shows are not new - but the DVD holds a host of bonus material.
Well worth buying if you can get it for a fiver or less.

Kes meets Romper Stomper?
A highly amusing & thought provoking masterpiece.
Would advise anyone to watch this film - especially if you grew up in the 1980's and lived in the North.
Outstanding performances throughout, tackling the issue of racism and extreme right wing politics in a clever way.

Featuring members of BBC's Radiophonic Workshop, far too radical to be appreciated when it was released in the late 1960's.
Recommend 'Here come the fleas'. Modern digital re-mastering has done the recording proud.
