    Packaging was excessive, REALLY excessive!! EVRI delivery were there usual Lazy, ignorant, unresponsive selves. They didn't call the flat to gain access to apartments So didn't know they had been on site. Until I received email stating " item delivered" so I went down to ground floor to find ( fortunately) item left in the main entrance (reception). There is no receptionist, it is a public entrance in & out of building. Had so many items dissappear thanks to EVRI DELIVERIES....

    Item was a terracotta pot so I used bubble wrap and an external box. The free delivery option is Evri (as stated in the listing) but I do also offer Yodel, Royal Mail & DPD postage upgrades which start at 99p.

    The size is as described. But they both had a lot of gold paint runs. So had to paint them out. Postage was fine. Packaging good.

    I’m sorry to see that you are disappointed. The imperfections you describe are stated in the description (copied and pasted here) and, also as stated in the description, shown in the listing photos - “These items are brand new but they are intentionally rustic and have imperfections in paint, texture and edges - the exact items that you will receive are shown in the last two photos (these photos show both sides of each item)”
