Surpass my expectations
I was concerned it would be cheap and nasty looking because of the price but far from it, it is a great looking piece in my lounge. I can't comment on the amount of heat because to be honest i have just used the firelight setting at the moment and it makes the place look lovely and warm and the best part of this function, as well as varying light strengths, is that it is silent. Perfect.

Worth it
Just what it says, well padded and comfy. I get a great nights sleep.
