Crush it? This smashed it!!
Brilliant book...instructive, inspiring, compelling...my only criticism, and this stops it getting the full 5 stars, is that it seems a little out of date in terms of regular references made to the old facebook format (although I think there's a more updated version available).

Fruity, sweet, doesn't have that horrid 'medicinal' taste common to some oral nicotine products. With this product, it just feels like you're using a normal gum, hard to believe it's got nicotine in it. At the same time, it takes care of cravings reasonably quickly and effectively. Good for keeping a strip with you in your bag or pockets to use as and when needed.
