Effective noise reduction, some caveats
I bought these earplugs as a longer-term solution to my partner's snoring; I'd found disposable foam earplugs effective, but the cost was prohibitive, and I wasn't happy about the waste I'd be generating.
I found the removal tags too long for comfort, but they were very easy to trim with sharp scissors. Unfortunately, trimming did not resolve the comfort issue on the right ear. For whatever reason, I find it painful to wear one of these in that ear. It may be the length or shape of that ear canal, the fact I mostly sleep on that side, or a combination of factors. However, the left ear is perfectly comfortable. I wear one of these in the left ear, and a reusable disposable plug in the right ear. It's not an ideal solution, but at least it's halved the waste and cost.
The noise reduction is very effective, enabling me to get a good night's sleep, but as above, you may want to consider whether you'll find these comfortable to wear.

Good product, inaccurate images and description
The image and description suggest that the item will be a swag (i.e. narrower at the ends than in the centre), in reality it is the same width along its entire length. It is also considerably longer than 180cm, actually over 3m. However, it is good quality, and with a bit of artful bending and draping, we made a lovely swag for our fireplace (it does not include lights, we added those ourselves)

Extremely good value, effective earplugs
2 of 2 found this helpful I've been using earplugs to sleep through my partner's snoring for around a year, and having tried various styles and brands of earplugs, these are by far the most comfortable.
With every other brand of soft foam earplugs I've used, I've experienced pain and discomfort in my left ear, unless I trim down the earplug (which I can only assume reduces their effectiveness). The Moldex Sparks did not require trimming, and they also expand into shape more quickly than other brands I've used.
If you need to use earplugs on a regular basis, and therefore have to buy them in quantity, I would definitely recommend trying these.
