Pleasantly surprised.
3 of 3 found this helpful I'm always dubious about pet and wildlife friendly slug control. But with a curious cocker and kids I had no choice but to try different friendly deterrents.
Slugs were decimating my plants including canna lilies, irises, dahlias. I was using copper tape around the pots but the little bstrds weren't deterred. This spray is a game changer. Just look at the photos of my canna lilies. You can see the old eaten leaves and then the leaves that grew since I started spraying. Everything has been left alone.
We go our at night and there are loads of slugs about but they seem confused- we find them on the ground all over but not on the plants. To top it off we had a hedgehog visit to happily hoover some up and we can rest easy knowing that it, the frogs, the birds won't be hurt whilst our plants are also left alone.
And on top of all that, No unsightly slime dead rotting corpses amassing round plants as you get with traditional slug pellets.
