Work well, they are nice and strong.
These are very strong and combine the ingredients for dough very fast. Do the job very well, much better than a spatula. Note that the dough still needs kneading after mixing.

This is a nice, simple, easy to use machine that toasts great coffee
I am now enjoying freshly roasted, locally grown, coffee. A huge improvement over the last bag of coffee I bought at the supermarket. Golforca has been very patient with some errors I made in ordering and I would recommend this seller.
I am experimenting with times and temperatures to get the roast how I like, a fuller roast getting into the second crack. I fully recommend that people try varying the roast to find out their favourite roast. Try with different fan speeds and heat settings.
A couple of tips. Always check through your beans before roasting, there may be small stones lurking that can hurt your grinder and there may be some rubbish in there. After the cooling cycle ends the top can still be very hot, I have measured 100C+ in places, so please use oven gloves or dry cloth to remove it.
When grinding coffee add 1 cm or so of Cinnamon or some seeds, out of the pods, of Cardamom to give delicious flavours to your brew.
